1. Introduction

By accessing or using the SheharSe mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Services

• SheharSe operates as a technology-enabled marketplace facilitator.
• SheharSe does not own or sell products.
• All products are sold directly by independent vendors.
• The contract of sale exists between Customer and Vendor.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.

4. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for your account activity.
• Accounts may be suspended for misuse or fraud.

5. Orders and Fulfillment

• Orders are forwarded to selected Vendors.
• Vendors are responsible for quality, pricing, and compliance.
• Orders may be cancelled due to stock or operational issues.

6. Pricing and GST

• Product pricing is determined by Vendors.
• GST on products is charged by Vendors.
• SheharSe earns commission from Vendors.
• GST applies only on SheharSe’s commission.
• Cash on Delivery is default payment method.

7. Delivery

Delivery is facilitated within the operational city and nearby serviceable areas. Timelines are estimates and may vary.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Return policies depend on Vendor and product category.
• Perishable items may not be returnable unless damaged.
• Pharmacy items are subject to regulatory restrictions.

9. Pharmacy Orders

• Fulfilled only by licensed pharmacies.
• Valid prescription may be required.
• SheharSe does not provide medical advice.

10. User Conduct

• No fraudulent or fake orders.
• No harassment of vendors or delivery personnel.
• No unlawful use of the Platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, and platform content belong to SheharSe Private Limited and are protected under applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

SheharSe shall not be liable for vendor actions or product defects. Liability is limited to the order value in dispute.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify SheharSe Private Limited against claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Sonipat District, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Suspension and Termination

SheharSe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or regulatory compliance.

16. Modifications

SheharSe may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
